Search Solution Executive will collaborate with our client’s team to determine a final list of candidates who are to be interviewed. Our team will facilitate all facets of the interview process including scheduling, travel accommodations, and lodging.
Our two teams will meet to determine the final candidate. Search Solution Executive will provide our client with a recommendation, the reasoning behind our recommendation, and the results of our assessments and evaluations. Together the teams will determine which candidate will receive the offer.
Search Solution Executive will extend the offer and facilitate all negotiations. Our team will give the finalist the opportunity to put in a 3-week notice with their current company and to make the appropriate accommodations. Search Solution Executive will follow up with the client and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition into the first 90 days.
