Define

We work in a consultative manner with our clients to clearly define the role, expectations, ideal personality/culture fit, and to gather other pertinent information such as defining the desired leadership characteristics, industry experiences, etc. Our team will give clear and transparent communication upfront on the availability of talent and the estimated difficulty of the search.

Screen

Our team develops a full, in-depth talent pool by promoting and marketing the position to prospective executives in the most appropriate and effective manner within the talent community, our internal database, social media, and additional sources. The team communicates preliminary responses and feedback to the client in order to develop  a short list of prospects, approved by both parties

Evaluate

Our team performs strenuous interviews with prospective executives that have been selected specifically for our client’s company and the position. It is important that the evaluation be not only of intellectual and scholarly interest, but it’s important to also find someone who’s values and beliefs will align with the new company. We then verify education and evaluate legal stipulations in regards to the executive leaving their current roles.

Assessment

Our team uses a proprietary blend of personality testing, emotional IQ evaluation, leadership style evaluations, and our own additional testing to establish a clear representation of the executive and to ensure a proper evaluation will occur in the next stage. We determine the driving forces which motivate the executive and plot them on our proprietary executive leadership matrix, as well as comparing industry experience and tenure of each executive to be included in the evaluation.

Collaborate

Once a thorough assessment has been completed for the short list of prospective candidates, we will collaborate with our client to present final candidates for in-person interviews. We triple check to ensure final candidates are in line with the originally defined scope. If necessary we will redefine the role, clearly, before conducting final interviews. As prospects are presented we will explain recommendations and ensure the client is fully informed of all prospects’ qualities, qualifications, and experience.

Deliver

To ensure a smooth transition for our client and their new executive, we aim to establish a unanimous agreement about the chosen prospect among decision makers and senior leadership (if applicable). Our team will then facilitate all negotiations and secure the acceptance of an offer to our clients choice of candidate. Finally, our team informs runner-up candidates and finalizes the search.
